MSMEs play a pivotal role in the growth of national development contributing to 29 % of the GDP and one-third of India’s manufacturing output. For MSME’s to remain globally competitive, adoption of digital technologies is no longer a choice but a key necessity. However, they experience roadblocks right from restricted budgets to a lack of know-how/expertise and so on. Realizing the potential among MSMEs for adoption of technology, NASSCOM CoE has initiated UDYAM 4.0 Smart Manufacturing Forum.
Objective: To enable manufacturing enterprises with annual turnover less than INR 1000 Crore to start, scale and sustain their digital journey
The Smart Manufacturing forum shall provide support in three verticals namely
- Skill & Capability building
- Handholding for Digital Journey
- Branding & Market reach.
