Smart Manufacturing Accelerator Program
Manufacturing Industry is evolving as companies have gradually started adopting smart solutions. Majority of them have automation in place and now moving towards cyber physical systems driven by advanced technologies. While few large organizations have succeeded in driving transformation with digital, there arestill many faced with a questions of where to start and how to start.
With this evolution, there is an increasing need for preparing the manufacturing leaders to adopt and drive this change. The skills needed the most are understanding the applications of digital technologies to improve manufacturing productivity and efficiencies and also step by step approach to plan digital journey.
This six-week program is specifically crafted for the manufacturing leaders to understand how to start, scale and sustain transformation and build capabilities to adopt solutions. Through this program, leaders will gain valuable insights on how to optimize manufacturing processes and remain competitive in the marketplace.
The program will be delivered in a hybrid format, which means that leaders can participate in both virtual and physical sessions. The program will feature case studies on digital adoption in plants, providing real-world examples of how other enterprises have successfully implemented advanced technologies. One-on-one discussions with nasscom CoE will also be available to leaders, allowing them to receive personalized advice on how to leverage collaborative ecosystem to co-create solutions.
