In this event we will be, felicitating the winners of the Manufacturing Innovation Challenge- 5th Edition (MIC). It is one of the most successful programs of CoE and has enabled manufacturing enterprises to co-create digital solutions working with deep-tech startups.

The fifth edition of MIC saw participation of 80+ deep tech startups proposing solutions to three nominated Industry use cases in the areas of productivity improvement, efficiency improvement and resource optimization. During the conference, CoE will announce the winners of the challenge and the winning startups will have the presentation on the industry use cases.

Industry associations play an important role in providing a collective voice for individual businesses within an industry. They facilitate Awareness, Affordability and Access for enabling smart manufacturing: Awareness about Industry 4.0 and smart solutions, Affordability for deploying the solutions, encouraging to leverage government subsidies for technology adoption, inputs for policy making for smart manufacturing. Access to solution providers, networks of association and promotion to startups in enabling smart manufacturing
